Can a septoplasty make my nose smaller and better shaped as well as a bit less long

Rhinoplasty and alarplasty. Septoplasty only corrects a deviated septum, not its size.

Dear guys, i have a big question. I don't have big nose, the hump on my nose is pretty perfect. But my nose is slightly asymmetrical to one side. In fact, they found my nasal septum deviated into an "S" shape just a few days ago. I live in Italy, and this surgery would be free. I obviously breathe well, I just feel like I'm getting little oxygen when I exercise, and this causes me to breathe through my mouth even at a relatively low heart rate. The only thing is that when I suffer from catarrh (a cold), due to the deviated septum, my nose gets a little red and swollen, almost appearing large (I'm not sure if I used the right term). So, in light of the things I just described, can septoplasty alone improve the symmetry of my nose? And, indirectly, when I'm sick, it can improve the "color" of my inflamed nose. Thanks everyone.

do septoplasty anyway but I dont know whether its going to work
 
Thank you. I hope that it resolve my little asimmetry, bucause if it does it, i'm think i'm one of the perfect nose

do it. I got the same thing. Your breathing will improve, and any reduction in asymmetry will improve your face. Even if it is marginal, some improvement is better than no improvement. On top of that you can get it for free.

Sincerilly, i do it only for aesthetic reason… but only septoplasty can improve nose?
Any one alse do it and see an ascension ?

Hi friend. Can you explain me better? Pre, Post surgery, and before and after aesthethic changes. I'm looking for rinoseptoplasty, this year. In my country septoplasy is free. Post surgery, how many days shouldn't you go to the gym or doing sport?
