I'm in Europe so cheap flights around to experienced surgeons isn't a problem. I sent some photos to a Polish doctor in Warsaw a few months back, but the dude left me on read :feelswah:

What surgeries do you think I should get?

I have a professional job with high customer interactions, so I can't get anything done that will imprison me in some bulky headgear.

Two photos taken this week. 5'11", 82kg. bf ~16-17%. Even when lower bf%, the cheeks persist, so I know I might need a buccal removal ( mouth is kinda narrow though, so this could make it look uncanny imo).

Genioplasty you got a weak chin

He needs bimax
Movements similar to these ?

In the "after", facial convexity and lip assessments are ideal.
How would you fix that super long mentolabial fold though ? With a fat graft (to give the illusion of a chin attached higher than it is) ?
He's got quite a long philtrum too.

Well, bimax isn't going to be for you then. Not that you will need any "bulky headgear" afterward, but you will look like a swollen mess for a few weeks. And you will most likely need to wear braces before and/or after surgery. It's a long and tedious process.

What bothers you the most about your current face ?

I guess I could go with braces, not unheard of. I could take leave for a few weeks.

I just don't like the overall soft ascetic. I've been called cute, but hate having to fraud to be perceived as "hot" to some women. The jaw isn't bad if I clean shave and proper lighting, but I would like that masculine look when not jutting.

I always thought I had a shorter philtrum. My lips are thin, I assume if the upper lip was a bit bigger it would fix the ratio?

@vermicel That's more like it. And in second thought, he might also need a genio

Thanks for the morph. Is the front profile okay? I think maybe cheek implants? I will have to research more, as I'm not trying to end up a bogdanoff.

That looks a bit ogrish to me. But maybe the morph itself is the issue, not the idea behind it.

Is the front profile okay?
Your front profile doesn't have major flaws, so it's harder to suggest procedures with high return on investment.

After giving it a closer look, I think you may benefit the most from a mix of softmaxxes and fillers.
When it comes to hardmaxxes, besides a bimax for your side profile, and a potential lip lift to reduce philtrum length and augment the upper lip, I could see something like fat grafting for your undereyes, and buccal fat removal if getting leaner doesn't suffice to hollow out your cheeks ; and that's it.

A few suggestions :
> get leaner for a sharper jawline
> grow your hair longer and find a better haircut
> grow thicker medial eyebrows and fine tune the eyebrows' general shape
> remove the earrings, because it's a low class aesthetics
> use fillers to enhance your gonial angles
> use fillers (or fat) to fill the mentolabial fold, in order to give the impression of a taller chin
> use fillers in addition to a lip lift, in order to augment both the upper and lower lips
> graft fat to the undereyes
> buccal fat removal if necessary

In this list, fat grafting to the undereyes would imply the longest downtime, although you would look normal again much quicker than with a fat graft to the supraorbitals (which can make you look weird for up to ~6 weeks).
Buccal fat removal would involve a 7-10 days downtime, just enough time to let the swelling subside.
Fillers have no downtime, although you can have some localized redness in the very next days following injections.

Morph simulating roughly the suggestions above (minus the longer hair) :

I also corrected the lighting on your nose bridge to get a better sense of the actual shape.
You look a little like Tom Cruise in the after :feelsez:

Front looks ok, the profile is more problematic.
Eye area could use some work but i don't know if implants would be the right choice.
Apart from that, it appears like you have some hair thinning that needs to be fixed

Upper lip area got nuked - nose should ideally come forward possibly through ANS strut graft or some premaxillary implant

Lower jaw looks quite dominant too

Also check DMs I need your help tryna read a scan

Looks like an alfaro result jfl

I appreciate the help. I might start with the fat grafting / fillers to see how things look first. Bimax is interesting, I'll have to line it up with work, but it definitely has the highest roi for me. Growing hair has been an issue, nearing my expiration date, hair has sounded the retreat.

Overall solid advice. thx :Chadge:

I've been on .5mg Dut and topical min for 6 months now. I used to have a god tier middle part. If shit doesn't look better in 6 more months, I'll visit Turkey.

Good to know that you're already tackling the issue.
Based on that front profile picture, I thought it could have been just a failed haircut combined with harsh lighting.
Anyway, you still have enough hair to pull off better styles. Grow it longer and experiment. If the thinner frontal part bothers you, you could easily and instantly thicken it up with Toppik fibers or an equivalent.

For skilled filler injectors in Poland, you may want to ask your Polish brother @Adee ; maybe he's aware of local surgeons with a keen eye for male aesthetics.

Failed haircut + failed genes. Barbers in eastern Europe only know how to do one haircut.

Thanks for the connect ^

Is this doable with a Bimax or can it be done with a clever genio and fillers? It is a shitty Ai slap job in Gimp.
