somewhat narrow but it depends on your genetics. my palate was/is just as narrow but my wisdom teeth came through perfectly with minimal pain

As far as I know, having space for your wisdom teeth does not have to do with width of the jaws, but instead has to do with their anterior/forward projection, as to what procedures are best for moving the jaws forward, I don't really know.

That's not to say that your jaws don't also seem narrow, the width just shouldn't be your primary focus right now, the forward growth/projection should be your primary focus.
