Serious - I think my ventroglutes are fucked

I was using some shitty propionate that gave me insane pip in my ventroglutes for a time, I switched to cypionate and started with injecting my Delts to give my ventroglutes a chance to recover, but even after a month when I tried injecting into the ventroglute I just couldn't even push any oil in, the site hurt like hell even just putting a needle in. Are my ventroglutes cooked? What has happened?
