Don’t worry about the brutality thrown around here. I don’t know much about surgeries, but in order of priority you could fix:

• Your narrow lips
• Colouring (lightening)
• Your wide nose (rhino)
• weak chin/jaw (implant/wraparound?)
• eyes (cantho)

You need to get off a high sodium diet because your face looks very bloated. Focus any exercises on your back and shoulders to improve your frame.

I’m not very good at morphs obviously. I’ve given you the skin tone of 2004 MJ... but you get the idea.
