so i recently figured out i need a canthoplasty because its the only way to permanently fix a bad canthal tilt so i deadass plan to cut the canthus now are the results actually good and noticeable? do i need to cut only medial down or the lateral canthus cut upwards too? how to do it safely without getting an infection like what tool to use and sterilize it

I dont recommend diy honestly just get the surgery but if ur gonna do it be safe and clean with it and cut the medical first and wait for it to heal slightly and put vaseline on it and after like 4 days if u arent happy with results and ur canthal tilt is still very negative then u couldtry cutting the lateral but be more careful and put vaseline too
