So let's say you have a bit of downgrowth, but you're face is kinda of small, and you decide to fix the downgrowth with let's say genio or ecen bimax or something, if those are even solutions for it, as I am not aware of the solutions for downgrowth, wouldn't those solutions make your face appear even shorter in the frame?

Since downgrowth makes your face shape look tall.

You didn’t send pics of yourself. One size fits all approaches to ascending are ridiculous. I have no idea what you look like or what we’re dealing with, so I have no idea what we should be prioritizing

In general, yes overall your plan is fine and it’s good to eat well and practice skincare. But I can’t give meaningfully deep feedback without seeing what your strengths and weaknesses are
