Why are there so many conservatives that genuinely believe in their heart of hearts that everyone "deserves" and or "needs" life on this planet even when there are so many dogshit people that will actively contribute to the suffering of others and there are people that will never have the most fulfilling lives because they are genetically defected?

This is an idea that has always eluded for as long as I was aware of it. To think that there are people in this world that live in conditions were there is a high probability that they will have shitty lives and as a result grow up to be shitty people, or they are doomed to live shitty lives because they have an incurable illness. It seems obvious to me that the only ways to fix this problem is either removing the conditions or removing the person that lives in those conditions.

But most of the conservative types don't even actively try to address the conditions that made them that way, they just throw them into prisons or try to get them killed if they commit extremely violent crimes (completely reasonable).

You could fix this problem at the source by simply allowing people that do not want kids, or their future kids to live in particular conditions, to abort their children but for some reason they hate this idea. These retards really do believe that EVERY child deserves life because all of them CAN become productive members of society even when there are so many conditions that increase the probability of them not being productive members of society.
