If what you're saying is true, go see an actual doctor, but from what i've seen, the safest method to grow is injecting HgH and getting on Aromasin, there's no secret method or knowledge that you can't get with a simple google search, do your own research on controled studies, even then growth is not guaranteed if your hormonal levels are good and you're just reaching your genetic potential (in this case, injecting Growth Hormone is dangerous and you risk getting acromegaly, so imo not worth the shot at all), you can try LL later if you don't grow, but proportions might get fucked up

Spend your money on surgeries, get implants, etc.
Yeah I'm gonna get a ton of surgeries once I'm 18, flying to south korea and turkey for lefort and LL, but I was just wondering if there's anything to do now. I feel like I'm missing out on height, especially when literally everyone my fyp has a mini fridge

id say turkey or colombia but turkey ranges from around 15000 to 35000 usd and many hospitals include aftercare in or colombia is a reputable country for those types of surgeries ranging from 25000 to 35000 usd

Well I don't think there's any magical advice for you other than sleep, diet, physical exercise and copious amounts of HGH and AI, there's nothing else you can do, but I'm sure you already know this, right? There's no other magical solution, maximize those and expect to grow as much as your body is physically capable to.
I've been sleeping 10 hours a day, eating all natural and clean shit, work out 6 days a week with a PPLUL split, but I haven't been on any hgh or ai

Go to an endocrynologist and let him decide, as for surgeries, don't go to SK, its just lefort so if you can afford it get it with Mirco Raffaini, Koreans have different skulls, i mean if you're asian sure go for it but if not go with a standard european surgeon

I can't because my parents are with me for checkups, but maybe I'll ask my pediatrician to refer me to an endocrinologist or something because my old one recently retired so I'll have a new one

first of all check your growth plates. if they are not open theres nothing you can do beside surgery which i would not recommend

Now let's go through a few things

Sleep:
Sleep length is not the only metric, relevant to sleep, you can be sleeping for 12 hours, but if that sleep is not high quality, it's not worth anything. So make sure you're fully optimizing your sleep.
  • Wake up and sleep at consistent times and sleep for 7.5-9 hours.
  • Go for a 15-minute walk in the morning and evening to catch sunrise and sunset.
  • Supplement magnesium, turn off devices and dim lights 1 hour before bed
  • Limit caffeine to 90 minutes after waking up and 10 hours before bed.
  • Don’t eat 3 hours before bed.
  • Use a sleep mask/blackout curtains and listen to relaxing music before sleep
Diet:
Now diet, sounds like you're eating quality food. But to absolutely optimize your growth you'd also be doing the following:
  • Be in a slight caloric deficit.
  • Meet 100% of your micronutrient RDAs. (VERY IMPORTANT!)
  • Consider a few supplements: D3+K2, GABA, L-Ornithine, Glutamine, L-Lysine, AlphaGPC, L-Arginine. (You don't need all of these, but according to research these either contribute to growth or help boost your natural HGH production - which is as close as you're getting to injecting HGH naturally)

Training:
Lifting great, but adding Zone 4-5 Intervals (aka. sprints/HIIT) will further improve your growth hormone production. (Although being realistic, the effect is very short-lived and likely not sufficient to cause much growth, plus, you'd need to cut one of your days of lifting because lifting + sprints are straight murder, I choose to do these for the health benefits, you can do them if you want to be absolutely optimal, but it's the least of the beneficial among these)

Hormonal Enhancement:
In truth, you can do everything right and still not grow a single inch if your body doesn't want to. So if to grow is TRULY a priority for you, you can forget about everything else I previously mentioned and focus entirely on getting your hands on HGH + Aromatase Inhibitors, given that your growth plates are open, otherwise it's not worth it.

I use a scale and I measure ingredients, I bought my own apartment so I live apart from my parents, but they still come into my house randomly to check if I have drugs and shit like once a week especially because I got caught before. I was using macrofactor until my subscription ran out last month, but I was active on both MFP and Macrofactor for over a year and some weeks I deadass lost weight
