Betacarotene DOES change your skin tone and it's actually more attractive than natural tan according to some studies . It has downsides though. It can build up in your palms and it could be hard on your liver

Just use some mt2 or if you dont wanna use that do fake tan + bb cream route. BB cream makes your skin look so much better. Not just the tone but the glow.
