can my dark circles be, because i fall asleep watching youtube on my phone with earbuds in?
it is on the highest night mode and turns off after like 30 mins, but I'm insanely phone addicted and I find it hard to stop, so I wanna know if it can be the cause.

yeah I have hollow eyes, but my dark circles are bad and I dont know if I can get a fat graft, so im looking for natural fixes

fall asleep on 10 to 11 pm and wake up between 6 and 7 am, but when i was a bit younger, I did just the same (amount of pc and sleeping with phone) and did not have the dark circles

If this is true, it's not related to your sleeping really, as the other guys said it's probably just bad infraorbital development and your diet

shouldnt be diet, because I ate shit for years and nothing happened and ive been fixing it for months. Like I said, i have hollow eyes but is there nothing I can do? Im losing fat tho, is it possible that my few fat of the undereyes are just gone so now theyre visible?

Probably just a lack in fat pads like iblamemandible7 mentioned, fat grafting should do the work
