I feel so much better dude, dont even need try to exercise. Just dont eat processed food or added sugar foods and thats it. I eat greens, fruits (Fruit is so good i cant), meat, fish, chicken, pasta, potato, sweet potato, yogurt, egg, oatmeal, bread (Just whole), butter, cheese, rice, beans, chickpea, broccolis, cauliflower, carrots (I like eating them raw im trying to eat 3 per day), beetroot, tomato (I wish i liked more vegatables but others i dont like very much) and im trying to eat 4L of water per day (I bought a 2l bottle i refill it 1 time). For seasoning i use olive oil (I love so much that i think im addicted), salt, onion, garlic and some others that i dont know the name in english but im trying to become good in seasoning so i can cut salt. If i had more money (Im a college student rn) i would buy way more nuts but they are kinda expensive so.

Avocado oil also seems good but i dont have money its too expensive

I always eated bad and i have good genetics. Never had acne my skin always was good. Its not for appearance, eating well makes me fell better

I have subhuman gut so eating clean is my only way.
 
ah, i also will try to cut butter since i already eat a lot of olive oil. Also will try to try other grains and more seeds. I said meat in the post but i eat little meat, its way more fish and seafood tbh. Chicken i love the chicken leg and chicken breast i will try because it seems healthy. Im eating 4 eggs and 2 cheeses slices everyday, i dont know if its healthy i would like to know what do u guys think

Yeah my gut is surprinsgly good, my diet growingg up was literally processed food and then i would spend days without eating or drinking water just playing video games, never had any problems whatsoever. But from 16 i started becoming very low energy and feeling pretty bad, i feel its improving
 
also i would like to buy honey but its too expensive in Europe, in Brazil its so cheap

I dont know why u care so much so thats what bother me so far:
Its very hard for me to get fat so copium amount of junk food and shitty food from my parents. As far as i remember it began from middle school, doctors were too retarted to find a root cause problem. Gastritis(solved), GERD(solved), problem with the liver, increased conjugated bilirubin(solved), shitty condition of bile ducts, deformed gallbladder, large amount of parasites(partly solved).
This cause all otolaryngology issues, all a doctor(i've tried a lot of them) can do is clean you up or give u antibiotics but again he cant or just simply wont solve your root cause problems because he will lose his client.
My way of recovering herbal remedies and clean diet.
I'm partly recovered so i was able to normalize my hormonal profile and gained lean muscles mass.

Do you use air fryer or oven along side with stovetop pan?

Thanks for this reminder, gonna save. Do you have no processed sugar at all? I would literally have a mental breakdown like chico if i did that.
 
am I the only one eating treats all day and feel better lol
