I feel so much better dude, dont even need try to exercise. Just dont eat processed food or added sugar foods and thats it. I eat greens, fruits (Fruit is so good i cant), meat, fish, chicken, pasta, potato, sweet potato, yogurt, egg, oatmeal, bread (Just whole), butter, cheese, rice, beans, chickpea, broccolis, cauliflower, carrots (I like eating them raw im trying to eat 3 per day), beetroot, tomato (I wish i liked more vegatables but others i dont like very much) and im trying to eat 4L of water per day (I bought a 2l bottle i refill it 1 time). For seasoning i use olive oil (I love so much that i think im addicted), salt, onion, garlic and some others that i dont know the name in english but im trying to become good in seasoning so i can cut salt. If i had more money (Im a college student rn) i would buy way more nuts but they are kinda expensive so.
