1. I'm 6 ft, not 6 ft 1 which is minimum

2. My weight

3. My droopy lower eyelids

4. Stretch marks / cellulite

5. Overpronated foot

6. Anterior pelvic tilt

7. Pale skin complexion

8. Other skin issues like rough skin texture and dark lines under eyes

Almost all of these can be resolved.

1. You can wear lifts but 6’ and 6’1 are literally identical heights IRL. No girl can ever tell the difference.

2. What is it? Too low or too high? Both easily fixed by either building lean mass or dropping body fat or both

3. Zurzolo max / surgery / fraud (squinch, many do it)

4. No one cares about them. I have some on my chest and shoulders from my roiding days and my chest blew up. And my lower back somehow.

5. Autism

6. Stretches or some shit. Go to a doc he will get you straight (literally)

7. tanning drops in your moisturiser every night

8. adopt a proper diet (animal based)

9. British

because of all the fat on my legs and lack of muscle its noticeable for me. It's usually rare in men and even uncommon in obese men.

I'm 230 lbs but extremely inactive and eat a lot of shit. Been like this for years.

It’s not hard to fix, you just gotta take some action bro.

Diet is literally everything. Your genetics determine your potential and your diet and environment determine how much of that potential you reach.

So get on proper diet. Animal based for at least 90% of it. Meaning red meat, eggs, butter, raw cheese / milk, fish. Your 230 so you can eat till your full and you will drop fat. They are highly satiating foods with high nutrient density. Your fat because of high carb diet, bad hormones and sedentary life. Diet takes care of high carb and hormones.

Get your ass in the gym. Start living weights and build some muscle mass. Simple.

Literally just those 2 changes will change your life if your consistent

yeah endocrolongist said I might be metabolically more unhealthy than what my weight indicates due to the extreme sedentary lifestyle the junk food. It mainly consists of fast food, chocolate, and energy drinks.

I probably need to ditch carbs completely the what do you think?
my waist is like 43 inches as an ectomotph, arms and legs are fat as hell, I've got noticeable love handle.

only real source of motivation is that my facial bone structure appear distinguishable despite me being fat although I've got a double chin.

You don’t need to avoid them like the plague, but they are certainly not needed nutritionally. Focus on having high protein (muscle) and high fat (hormones). No carbs will help you shed the fat quicker and reverse any insulin resistance you’ve got as well as not make you hungry during the day once you are used to it since you won’t have blood sugar drops.

I mean, my weight alone indicates I'm medically obese but when it comes to body composition (which is a better indicator), I'm likely leaning towards morbidly obese). Endocrolongist said I'm already pre diabetic which is no surprise tbh.

My bone structure and jaw are my best feature.

I'm contemplating surgery for the eyes which I'm saving up for.

Nose is kinda fat but I won't know how it truly looks until I lose fat (might be cope idk)

Skin is definitely something I need to fix.

Yeah I've been sedentary my whole life and didn't eat too well growing up but much better compared to the past few years of my eating utter garbage and being extremely sedentary.
