Sex steroids by themselves have been shown to modulate aromatase activity. Vottero et al. (30) reported an increase in aromatase expression in the peripheral blood leukocytes of men who were given testosterone.


If you are still below 23 years old don't ever think to increase your testosterone levels without using exemestane.

You see on that picture that aromatase enzyme is the one that responsible for converting your testosterone levels to estradiol. Without exemestane that will destroy aromataze enzyme your excess testosterone hormone will be converted to estradiol no matter how high your testosterone is so even if you have lower testosterone levels there is a high probability that the aromataze enzyme will still purge your testosterone to be converted to it later.
Note: this is bad especially for heightmaxxer who wants to gain 3-4 inches of height through spine or legs.
