I got hit with a clarity. I used and still do (but less, and I'm changing) sexualize my exes, especially my last one.

Looking back at it, it just taints your whole perception of them, and the relationship.

A real bond is when you can look at her and feel a calm appreciation, without any perverse thoughts in the background. It's a beautiful thing that I wish I could go back in time to do right again.

That's what porn addiction did to me, and I'm glad that I'm almost a year free from it and starting to heal.

I have a certain amount of regret about my past life, and the way I was, but I'm glad I am finally changing. I still have some time left to experience the other side.

Never watching porn again.

Hope to experience real connection in the future. And if not, that's okay too.
