well someone suspected he did and asked me if he does, its in the thread if u look for it, and his jaw structure from what i see, looks like sfs, plus i belive its possible to diagnose it based off the structure, thats how i found out i had it, and my friends even notice it when they see my side profile

Sfs is maxillary hypoplasia. I don't think it is diagnosable solely through a side profile.

Apart from DJS the least invasive fix is molar extrusion for lower face height.
