SFS fixed with CW rotation rather than CCW?

does it just depend on your occlusal plane pre op?

CW is for sfs. CCW is for downward growth with a steep occlusal plane.

yeah I think I got it now. makes sense. I have at least slight sfs. little upper incisor show and shitty submental area. brutal.

CW + vertical genio is what sfscels need . From what I’ve seen the biggest bimax ascensions where those with sfs who got cw rotation.

I already had genio because I thought I could get away without bimax but it wasn't true after all. that's life.

it did certainly but advancing the chin on someone whose maxilla needs work is nothing more than suboptimal camouflage. I used to always jut my lower jaw and stopped doing that after the genio. was ~4mm horizontal advancement and like 2-3mm vertical I think.
