Just don't use anything your body will make it's own oil. Prehistoric humans and even premodern humans had beautiful hair.

but when i dont use shampoo for a long time when i scratch my scalp white stuff comes i think its dandruff
but i dont have any dandruff issues only a small bit starts producing when i dont use shampoo for long
