shampoo or no shampoo?

Is it healthier to let your hair use its own oils or use shampoo an conditioner, I started to not use shampoo like a year and a half ago and my hair condition is still shit, probably because of all the sea salt spray, should I start using shampoo again ?

if u use sea salt spray it wont do shit, just use shampoo and conditioner again

it only makes sense if u let your hair natural
then u can be showering without using shampoo or conditioner
