Shampooing truly is a death sentence for straight hair

I have middle lenght 2a hair and, even though, i'm strongly against using any kind of product on it, i decided to wash with "natural" and "volumizing" shampoo this time, since dandruff became really severe. And god did i make a horrible fucking mistake. I'm one of the few cases when shampooing turns hair into a literal subhuman garbage, it's almost unrecognizable. I had a bob cut before washing, but now it makes me look like a school shooter or a CP enjoyer .
I'm never shampooing again. I'd rather deal with dandruff and itchy scalp than use this disgusting commie invention called shampoo, cause even "natural" shampoos are a literal abomination that drastically effect your hair in the negative way .

it is what it is. I had shoulder lenght hair before and now i'm trying to grow it out again, but currently it looks like a bob cut. And still, shampoo makes it even worse.
