I want to change mine, please share god like food

Whole grain bread, brown rice, boiled skinless chicken breast, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, dates, avocado, 1 egg per week (hard boiled), olive oil.

Just eat good food its not that hard. we don't know if you train, your weight and height so we can't recommend everything.
on AVERAGE eat about 50 grams of carbs a day from good sources, for example potatoes. its obvious no sugar and get in most of your calories from protein and fat, not carbs. I cannot give you any more details since I don't know you specifically but in general healthy things, also no idea on the most important thing, your budget.

Milk is good for your development but not for your skin, being lactose tolerant doesn’t change that sadly.
