on AVERAGE eat about 50 grams of carbs a day from good sources, for example potatoes. its obvious no sugar and get in most of your calories from protein and fat, not carbs. I cannot give you any more details since I don't know you specifically but in general healthy things, also no idea on the most important thing, your budget.
