-hot shower then sleep in cold af room, for me its -3c windows opened no heater sleep naked with light duvet and socks.

-blackouts your bedroom as dark as possible

-last intake of foods 4h before bed, doesn’t matter if u r hungry u should have eaten enough before that

why no weighted blanket? heard it's good for sleep

Also -3C? Don't you get sick at that temperature? I can't do it anyway since this low temperature would activate the heater and drain energy

How bad is not sleeping more than 4-6 hours a night im money maxing and doing school and looksmaxing at the same time

Usually when u sleep 8h there wre deep sleep, rem sleep and light sleep


Most normies either get 40mins to 1.5h deep sleep if good health.

How would they know yoh sleep naked alons in your iwn bedroom
I could fall on to the floor
I could sleep walk
They can barge into my room
They can turn on lights

It isn’t easy…
