i felt this a lot of time , but how can you actually know if a girl likes you and you're not being delu? I had a feeling that maybe this gym crush liked me , she even said hi to me once when passing (i never talked to her before) i don't think this is standard foid behaviour like they would never say hi to random guy if she wasn't interested (maybe??)

Some self-delusion is good, but many of these guys who experience thousands or tens of thousands of IRL rejections/get zero app matches just become weird and creepy because they don't understand how low their SMV and looks level is, but they keep trying to force connections.

A healthy dose of realism can keep these people sane. If they realize they just aren't attractive to women, instead of becoming bitter .is posters, they will actually get a few surgeries, lose 10-15% body fat, maybe a hair transplant, and get a gym card (which can probably bump them up to a MTN in a few years).
