Shitty maxilla

I apologize if the pics are bad, but I’ve been thinking a lot recently about getting a lefort 1 and probably a rhino too. I just turned 17 and I’ve always hated my nose, so that led me to do some research and I’ve learned that my maxilla is definitely recessed and/or has some downward growth. I’m not sure if you can tell, but my teeth clearly stick out a few mm and my maxilla never grew to be in line with my teeth. I did orthodontics as a kid and got braces to fix my overbite, so my bite is good, but my maxilla isn’t and it definitely affects my breathing. Just want to get some opinions and I’d appreciate if I could get some actual advice.
