im sub 4 and non-nt. i just want to be taller to not get mogged in height. with 95's+1 inch lifts i am 6'2 and a bit

I literally am constantly straining my calves so my heel hovers slightly above the lift, it's much easier when sitting.

You'll get used to it but 1 inch isn't necessary, could also do 0.5 or 0.75 either way. For some its worth it and for others it's not. You could also look into getting better shoe inserts or just taller shoes.

U should measure urself barefoot then see what ur height is with shoes on. For me it was 1.5 inch increase with conzuri shoes. I think tallmenshoes.com has shoes with bigger height increase. Anyone plz correct me if I’m wrong here
