1 is short face syndrome only a brachy specific thing meaning if your a dolio or meso you can't get it

2 does the surgery to correct it make your jaw less wide and does it get rid of bloat

3 does the surgery affect lips? meaning will it make them wider or thicker ect

im talking about short face syndrome, it is a facial condition but no one really knows what causes it


and no low fwhr is most of the time not good

anywhere from 175-195 is a good fwhr

I have sfs (maxilla too short vertically) but my skull is rather dolichocephalic (narrowish+ long depth-wise)
Can't see why it should be connected with brachy skull type honestly
