So I js went for like a 20 min run it was just hard intervals like 400m at 5min mile pace multiple times with rests in between. And it just buffed my face imo what do yall notice and maybe someone smarter than me can explain the phenomenon

So running is just a normal method? Like I always drink water and have a good potassium ratio and get good sleep. But i js didnt know abt cardio

Yea I was js pointing out the angularity. And it didnt go away even after i cooled off and my face didnt look exhausted
