Short Ramus

My Ramus is short and I have a poor gonial angle, I am 16 years old. Please can yall tell me what I can do to fix this aside from surgery. Is there like exercise, peptide… etc I can use I now this sounds stupid but I’m willing to try anything but surgery.

I was a mouth breather as a kid, I've just now started using mouth tape and mewing.

unfortunately nothing will truly fix that other than surgery
