They absolutely have such illnesses, it's just they don't have consciousness of humans and there's less to go wrong in their case. but there are neurological issues like epilepsia, hyperaggressiveness, antisocial issues where animal leaves the pack despite being dependent on it etc it's just usually it simply usually means death to them.
Also read for example about animals reactions to overcrowding or "stereotyping behaviors" in badly managed zoos, the similarity to mental issues which are civilisation diseases is there
