Should i ask for a bsso with ccw rotation?

I am planning to do a bsso, but wondering if its worth it for me to ask the surgeon into the possibility of ccw rotation. I have attached one pic with my mouth closed normally and one with me jutting.

Brother you dont need CCW Rotation, you already have a deep bite. Get that fixed. It will probably also need some orhtodontics first.

What orhtodontics? I had braces for 5 years? And so for the deep bite just to get a bsso?

If your deep bite is caused from Skeletal Imbalences then yes you will probably need surgery to fix that, if its still a dental problem, then idk what your ortho did, but remember teeth can go back.

By upper jaw just sits more forward than my lower jaw. Had it right after braces too.
