Should i ask for marpe since my wisdom teeth are coming in

I had braces and got 4 of my teeth removed at 14. I'm 17 and they recommended i should get my wisdom teeth removed. Cant i just Get a marpe? (Im recessed and my fwhr is pretty bad)

marpe doesn't help your wisdom teeth as they are in the back of your jaw and marpe only expands your jaw transversely along the midpalatal suture not anteriorposteriorly.

If your wisdom teeth are impacted they need to come out.

You might benefit from a marpe for other reasons.

so realistically only way to come back is from a double jaw surgery

I would need to see CT scans, IDK if you're a bimax candidate or not.

But yes if you are a candidate then surgery is the only fix.

Look into fillers tho.
