Weird thing apeares under my tongue after mewing using suction . I know that mewing is essential to looksmaxing and its the healthy tongue posture , so i dont know if I should continue or not.

It doesnt hurt but I have a little difficulty speaking because it obstructs my mouth and blocks my tongue
