I got it from dermatologist cuz I had horrible acne and my mom took me but I can tell you that you don’t need supervision whatsoever if you know what ur putting in ur body. Just find a source it’s not hard whatsoever and start. I recommend for you about 20mg daily (I would take at night) and run it for like 1 year and see where ur at.

I had Even less acne and I started accutane its Not that Bad as people say it mogs. I would use it in youre position

please take accutane ffs its the only thing that will fix your skin, then hop on any retinoid after to prevent breakouts
