Should I bite the bullet on jaw surgery? And if so, how exactly should I go about it?

I have a deep overbite with a retrognathic mandible. Not only are both of my jaws recessed, but the retrusion and low angle of my mandible makes my chin look excessively long vertically and weak from the side since my chin is completely flat with my lips. I have a budget around 80k and I'm hoping that a high Lefort 1 cut or maybe Lefort 2 + BSSO + genioplasty from a great surgeon will give me the 3D model face that I want but I don't know if I should tweak this plan or if it's totally ideal. One of the pics is a comparison between me and my dad. Edit: forgot to mention my biggest concern is spending all that money and going through recovery to still look recessed. Most before and after pics of DJS I've seen are like that so any advice on finding an aesthetics focused OMFS? I've booked 2 consultations so far any advice on how to advocate for lots of advancement and how to weed out the pussy surgeons?

Double jaw definitely
