should I body recomp at 15 I’m 5,6 140 skinny fat and how to properly do it I’m already gym maxing and going shopping for Whole Foods

140 is fairly light even for 140. Just work some cardio in everyday and keep lifting.
 
Absolutely, make sure to get your 2 hours of cardio in everyday to maintain a chiseled facial structure:
