i'm 15 years old, i'm 171cm tall, and i weigh 68kg. i don't have a lot of fat, but i'm not defined either, and i don't have much muscle. i've been going to the gym for about 7 months. what should i do: maingain, bulk, or cut? i want to gain muscle but also get a bit more defined.
