Should I bulk or continue leanmaxxing?

Title. I'm currently 155lb 6'3 BMI 19.4
My goal weight currently is 145 and that is when I was planning on doing a lean bulk but my friend told me that's too low, and I should start bulk now. I feel like I'm skinny fat atm and if I lose more body fat by going to 145 my bulk would be better. I've been eating very clean for 2 months now, mostly steak and eggs but always below ~1500 kcal. If I did a 200 cal surplus continuing to eat very clean (TDEE + 200 puts me at about 2,300) I think I could put on some muscle, or at least I want to. Idk I'm pretty retarded ngl and am scared to look bloated af if I bulk. I'll put some photos below.

Keep bulking until BMI >25 over at least a year. Fatty meats, protein shakes (with your own protein powder) and eggs (if cheap where you live, need at least 8 for a meal) are your best friends. Coming from someone who's 180lbs 5"11 lean.

Yeah I eat hella eggs and meat already so I don’t think that will be a problem. Over 25 bmi though is straight obese bro

It's not with muscle, I'm BMI 26.1 and am most definitely not obese. BMI only works for people that don't work out, but is a good way of gauging the amount of muscle on your frame along side an estimated body fat.

You wouldn't have this problem if you consumed raw dairy and liver beef
