187cm 71kg want to put on weight and muscle should I bulk? seen heaps of stuff online saying you shouldn't bulk, any advice ?

agreed people think eating 1000 extra calories a day will build straight muscle. A slight bulk will be enough to build muscle while not getting too fatAn actual bulk for the average person isn't the play. Eat in a slight calorie surplus, 150-250 calories per day. Do not dirty bulk and get upset when you are 30%+ BF and unaesthetic.
