Should i consider Fat grafting?

I'm 16 and i have recessed infra orbitals its the worst part about my eye area and the only recessed thing on my face really should i get fat grafting or implants i just want advice on whats best for this issue for when i'm older.

Fat grafting is cheaper and less invasive but the results might be not be as good as implants (but it will look better than before + natural)

whats the botch rate for implants and is surgery something to look into? i heard its like a 1/5 botch rate for surgery though

Both good ideas but for better results id probably go with the fat grafting
Both seem to be about the same price from what ive seen online
