Should I continue what im doing or switch to more calories/Protein?

Currently 6'0 280lbs started at 320 2 months ago, Im doing IF but i lost my appetite doing it and now i can only eat 500-1000 calories

Would eating 1500-2000 calories and lifting result in a better physique or should I continue what Im doing?

I want to lose as much body fat as possible without looking disgusting by the summer

thats way to little food youre raping your metabolism do like 2500 or something

When dieting i would advise you to drop calories slowly.1500 is too little for your frame and you will probably lose muscle and fat while making it much harder than it needs to.
 
At 280 you can get away with 2500 or even 3000 as long as you are hitting gym, don't do any hiit

Don’t lose to much or u will get horrible stretch marks
