Should i continue

I was talking to a friend about how i am trying to better myself and how i am thinking of a rhinoplasty and he said that i shouldnt that im over reacting and that if i get one surgery i wont stop. He also mentioned that since i have a gf that i plan to marry theres no need to continue even tho im max hltn. Should i listen and stop or do i do continue
