The problem is, I can't evenly distribute the weight across the entire palate. The right side of my tongue is always pressed more (precisely pressed, I don't apply pressure). I have a fairly noticeable scoliosis, and my right shoulder is significantly slumped (about 4 cm). I also have posture issues. Correcting this is expensive in my country. Should I see a myofunctional therapist, or is it better to just correct my posture?

You can't correct scoliosis yourself. You probably know there's some garments which help scoliosis. They won't fix it (that can only be done with surgery and even that is dangerous), but they will prevent it from progressing.

I understand, I'm talking specifically about muscle correction. Of course, I won't spend money on surgery
