i would do a very lean bulk, don’t cut, maintain if your happy with your physique, but i’d defiantly suggest bulking.Im 16, 5’9, and around 138 lbs.
cope, also what is your metabolism likemy face isnt super fat but its also not lean enough for me to have hollow cheeks but that could also just be a bones issue
