If you are insecure about your medial canthus, you can consider medial canthoplasty.
I recommend just doing a lateal canthoplasty to increase eye aspect ratio and not to stress over medial canthus that much

His pfl looks decent I believe the dude is no greater than 13 or around 12 if he is higher he hasn't undergone maturity his pupils look dilated and large mostly seen in young kids and his pfl is okay for his age group
