I’m 16 years old and weigh 75 kg. You can check my first post to see my current physique.
I’m considering cutting down to 10–12% body fat and then maintaining, but I’m not sure if cutting at my age is a good idea.
Should I cut, maintain, or lean bulk? If I cut, should it be slow or aggressive?

Do a mini cut just to see how your body adapts to being leaner

Since your body needs estrogen to grow taller, and if you start encroaching on your essential fat too much it will lower your estrogen, you could be reducing your height potential. I thought about this just now that I read your question, but I have made no research into this so I might be completely wrong.

since you're 16 I would recommend really giving your body all the food it needs, so you can develop to your fullest; at this age there is no real need to get shredded or anything. Until you're about 18 stay at about 15%, allows you to get nourished very properly while still being lean enough to have visible abs and shit

Depends how tall you are and your frame. If you’re not already decently muscular then a cut like this will be dangerous and you will look worse for it

if I'm not 15% should I cut down to that? I dont think im far off 18% at most
if so do I do a short aggressive cut? Or just a small deficit?

I mean it's all about your preference, if you really want to be leaner and that would improve your overall mental and confidence then yh you can cut down to about that. however I wasn't saying 15% as an aim to get to, more like a limit I don't advise you to get under.

Hey, quick question if you don’t mind. is a 500 calorie deficit okay? And is walking an hour a day + 10k steps enough cardio?

You don't have to go that low but you do whatever you feel and what your body signals. 10k steps is good rule of thumb + daily calories spent at work/school.
