Should i cycle bromantane

I will be starting it out at around 25mg and then up it to 50 and the questions i need help with are:
1.is cdp choline the best choline to take with it
2.should i cycle it and if yes how
3.does capsule or intranasal form have a difference

in the official ladasten documentation is stated that: 1. The medication should be taken everyday for 28 days to have effect; 2. If you stop after the 28 days you would still feel the effects but it will be mildy (for 1-2 weeks). You cant snort bromantane lol and cdp choline is the best. I am cycling bromantane and the effect is like when i tried if first. (You need to wait to the 3rd day after taking to feel something.)
