Should I decompress my balls ? (Orbital decompression)

Here is my eye do you think it´s worth it to get orbital decompression despite the fact it´s invasive surgery or do I just need fat grafts/implants ?

probably not, your lower eyelid seems perfectly in line, your eyes just are not deep set if you were born like this. I also have protruding eyes, your eyes will just look more feminine
