should i dehydrate myself or drink more water to get rid of the bloat?

henry cavill dehydrated himself for 3 days to get a leaner look, but guides here say u should drink more water to lose the bloat and eventually look leaner, is there no wah to look deblosted and lean 24/7? (im not fat around 12-13%)

They are dehydrating themselves so they get rid of the water retention but to the point where it's dangerous so u have to drink after a while, hydrating yourself will blush out the sodium that's the difference

so for long-term its better to drink more water u say? my face looked lean and one day i probably drank less water and ate higher carb and i’ve been thinking why my face suddenly started to look puffier and started drinking less water for 3 days thinking that would reduce the bloat :feelsuhh:

Well if u dehydrate urself then u can fucking die there is high risk low reward depends on what bf u are also bloating isn't a necessary only drinking water and carbs there is plenty more like sleep if u are rotting inside doing any activity etc u get the point take it as this dehydrating will get rid of the water in your face but it won't last bc u have to drink if u drink water gets back in your face so for "long term" debloat it is far better to drink water

yeah i dont sleep much these days because of the uni, so what do i do to have unbloated face 24/7?

Well im not an expert for debloating there is plenty of botb threads but the basics are 3:1 pottasium sodium intake drink around 2-3L water ofc get sleep ik getting sleep is hard i struggle sleeping myself and if u want to go to the extrems diuretics, this is just basic normie stuff study it and u will realise that it isnt that hard also try to avoid alcohol as mucha as possible

how much do i sleep though? i realized that when i sleep too much my face also gets puffy and bloated or should it be other way around?

Well it depends on the sleep quality if u keep waking up or dont enter the REM sleep then it doesn't matter if u sleep 8hours but 8hours with good sleep is the golden spot i would say

alright bro, ill drink 3l from today onwards, sleep 8h and try to minimize carbs sodium and sugar, hope this works
