take test and gh, you have to run HCG while you're on cycle so you dont shutdown your balls and you have to pct afterwards, generally you wait a couple half lives of whatever ester you're taking before you start a PCT and a pct can last anywhere from a month to 2 months

theres good guides on here for cycling and PCTing just look em up its honestly too much effort to plan out your entire cycle on this thread
